The concept of PetBiz Radio is very simple.
Depending on the plan you select you can have anything you want!
The flow chart below shows how it works in its simplest form.
1) Every day we produce a ‘national’ webcast that contains most of the core elements the service uses.
This is delivered to you via the internet. We can also deliver on CD and/or USB memory stick.
2) Each vet clinic, store or group of stores chooses either the ‘Starter’ or ‘Premium Branded’ service.
Customised Playlists
If a store or vet clinic decides they don’t want (say) Pet Trivia or our Pet News, then that component is simply dropped from that store’s playlist.
Likewise we can change the duration between advertising, the sounds you hear etc etc.

Fully Customised - Just For You!
PetBiz Radio is fully customisable, updateable on a daily basis if required and – again depending on the service you buy - we can create an even more personalised in-store information service to suit your retail or veterinary clinic operation.
Live Lost & Found Alerts Plus Pet Weather & Emergency Updates
A special feature of PetBiz Radio is that we can go virtually 'Live' at any time either nationally or to individual stores.
We now provide LIVE Lost & Found Pet Alerts courtesy of Pet Search
We will also broadcast relevant (localised) Pet Weather and/or Emergency updates.
The other use for this feature is for a store that might be having a special 'celebration.'
Today Only spots can then be inserted into the playlist to run for an hour or a day or however long you want!
